Originally from La Ciotat, Fabrice Giraud is a connoisseur of the scents and flavours of the Provençal markets, known to him since his childhood. While he began his career in the grandest establishments of the Cote d’Azur, his amazing journey through Belgium, the Bordelais and the Périgord, not to mention a stop in Shanghai and another in Istanbul, led him to discover a wide array of products and tastes.

Authentic and sincere, he is also enterprising and creative. Now chef at the Tiara Miramar Beach Hotel & Spa and the Tiara Yaktsa, he enjoys spicing up traditional dining with a few cleverly dosed pinches of exoticism.
